Loved it since first dosage

Loved this stuff since the first time dumping it in my protein or mixed with the biosteel hydration mixes. You can put this stuff in anything and not taste it. It is really too bad biosteel won’t have it anymore. Get yours before July 1 if you have it on a subscription like I do!!!!!

Chocolate Whey Protein

Great product, mixes well in a blender for an after workout smoothie. Chocolate is not normally my go to flavor but I very much enjoy the taste of this one. Also very knowing that the contents are good for our consumption with no additives etc. Not only is the taste great but I never feel bloated or get an upset stomach from this product. I highly recommend this product and have just purchased another with a subscriptions monthly.

To add a product to your subscription, locate your next order and click on "Browse all products." From there, you can search for and select available products to add to your subscription.
Once a subscription order has been processed, it can no longer be edited. Subscription orders have a set "next shipment date." Changes must be made before this date. You will receive an email reminder 4 days prior to the next order, giving you time to manage your subscription. If you’re unable to make changes, feel free to contact us for assistance.
To change the subscription frequency, access your subscription through your account and go to "Manage Subscriptions." From there, you can adjust your subscription settings as needed.
If your upcoming order isn't showing:

Step 1: Go to "Manage Subscriptions" > "Subscriptions" > Select the product.
Step 2: Scroll down to "Next Order" and set your desired next order date.
Step 3: Repeat for any remaining products.

This issue occurs when a previous order failed and wasn’t marked as an upcoming order.
If a product is out of stock, your subscription will attempt to process once per week for 6 weeks. If the product still can’t be processed after 6 weeks, you will need to select a new next order date. We appreciate your patience while we work to restock the item.
Yes! Please reach out to support@biosteel.com, and they’ll assist you with swapping your flavour.
There is a minimum of 3 orders before you can cancel your subscription. This information was provided when you placed your order.
You can find this information under the "View your next order" section in your account.
If your upcoming order is missing, you’ll need to schedule a new "next order" date for each product in the Subscription Section. The upcoming orders section won’t display these products because the order failed and wasn’t marked as an upcoming order.

When we upgraded our system, some subscriptions were not carried over. If you don’t see an active subscription in your account, you can either contact us at support@biosteel.com to reactivate, or simply start a new subscription and enjoy 25% off.

To check if you have an active subscription, log in to your account. If one is active and you’d like the 25% off, just cancel your current subscription and start a new one. If no subscription appears, you’re all clear to sign up again and save.
