Returns/Exchanges

We are confident that you will enjoy both the taste and performance benefits of our products. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of purchase. All refunds are applied to the original method of payment. To return an item, contact our customer support team by emailing info@biosteel.com. In order to assist you, we will need your name, order number and the item number of the product you’d like to return.

For apparel items, BioSteel only accepts returns/exchanges in the event that the item received was not the same as the item ordered or the item ordered arrived in damaged condition. BioSteel will accept size exchanges, however all shipping expenses must be paid for by the customer in the event of a size exchange. All exchanges must be made within thirty (30) days.

Shipping

BioSteel strives to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. All orders that are received via internet, telephone, or any other means are processed and shipped within three (3) to five (5) business days. Orders are not shipped on statutory holidays or weekends. Orders are shipped through CanadaPost, CanPar, Purolator, FedEx, or UPS. The service most often used is expedited parcel through CanadaPost for Canadian orders or FedEx ground service for U.S orders or the equivalent service with other shipping companies. Notwithstanding unforeseen circumstances that are out of BioSteel control, all packages are expected to arrive in one (1) to twenty-five (25) business days. BioSteel is not responsible for any transit delays that are out of BioSteel control. In the event that a customer does not pick up a package after being left a delivery notice by the shipping company and receiving email notice from BioSteel, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping expenses involved in re-sending the item(s). Orders over $100 after discounts and before shipping and taxes are eligible for BioSteel's free shipping offer.
