BIOSTEEL SHIPPING POLICY 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

BioSteel offers standard shipping with 2-10 business day delivery at the shipping rates listed below. Processing time for most orders is 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on North American statutory holidays or weekends. During holidays and promotions, we may experience a higher-than-normal volume of orders and processing times may vary as a result. 

 

TRANSIT DELAYS

We do our very best to get orders processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Once the order ships, BioSteel is not responsible for delays that occur during transit. During busier seasons, large sales, carriers and fulfilment may take longer than normal to update tracking information. If a package shows tracking updates but is delayed at a processing location, please contact the carrier, as they will be able to provide the most up to date information on your package. 

 

SHIPPING CARRIERS

Orders are shipped with Canada Post and FedEx. You can track your order using the tracking number link provided in your shipping confirmation email from support@biosteel-sports.zendesk.com. 

 

SHIPPING RATES

  • Orders with a subtotal under $100 CAD= $9.97 CAD shipping cost 
  • Orders with a subtotal of $100 CAD and above = FREE Shipping 

Shipping Rates listed above are applied per order. The shipment subtotal (after discounts, before tax and shipping) is used to calculate eligibility. Not valid on past orders. Shipping Rates may be canceled or modified at any time. Orders containing multiple products may ship in multiple parcels with more than one tracking code and different carriers and/or shipment delivery times for the same order. All rights reserved. 

Shipping

Free shipping is eligible on all orders over $99+. Once an order is placed and paid for, no changes can be made to the order. Ensure that your information is entered correctly prior to processing payment. (missing unit, apt, suit etc will result in address error)

For all orders with a sub-total of over $100 you will receive free shipping with auto-selected couriers

  • For all orders with a sub-total of less than $100 there is a low flat rate fee 
  • We ship with Canada Post and FedEx. 
  • Couriers are determined for efficient shipping for your specific geological location, weight and rates. (Flat rate fee may apply) 
  • All Biosteel orders include tracking information sent directly through email and viewable on your Biosteel account. 
  • Select Express Shipping options at an additional cost. Express shipping does not speed up the fulfilment process. This is a courier offer and will activate once the order is picked up and scanned.  
  • *Orders of excessive weight or order being shipped to extremely rural areas may be subject to different shipping fees. This is a very rare occurrence, however, if you feel that this may apply to you please contact us prior to placing your order. Depending upon weight (usually over 65 lbs), we reserve the right to use any other carrier at our discretion.
  • Customers are responsible to ensure all order details are correct before the order is shipped. (Shipping details, billing address, tracking information, correct products)

*Please allow 2-10 business days for your order to arrive.

  • **Note: These ETA's are approximate and we cannot guarantee the delivery of your order to arrive within these times as once your order has been shipped, delivery time is in the hands of the courier. For this reason, we ask that our customers allow  2-8 business days for deliveries.
  • BioSteel does not cover the cost of return/RTS fees, address errors.. 
  • BioSteel and the selected couriers may experience delays during holidays, sales and major events. We appreciate your patience during these times. Any urgent requests please contact our Support Team for further assistance. 
  • Biosteel does not usually process orders on the weekends. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be processed on the following business days in the order queue. 

 

Route Order Insurance

  • We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
  • Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

Do you ship internationally? 

Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses? 

  • We cannot currently ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

Do you ship to PO boxes? 

  • Yes, we ship to PO boxes. 

Are all items shipped together? 

  • We ship all items together where possible. Note, Sports Drink - 12 Packs are packaged separately from other items. Please make sure to check all tracking numbers provided in your shipping confirmation email. If any items are out of stock, we remove/refund those items from your order and ship the remaining items.

ONLINE RESELLERS

Please note that this Shipping Policy applies only to purchases made on www.biosteel.ca.  

BioSteel sells products directly on Amazon only through our “BioSteel Sports Nutrition Inc.” seller’s account in the United States and our vendor account in Canada. All other Amazon sellers are unauthorized resellers of BioSteel products and as such any unauthorized resellers are not assured to abide by all BioSteel’s product handling, shipping, and shelf-life guidelines. As BioSteel is unable to control the quality of BioSteel products sold by unauthorized resellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, BioSteel’s return policy is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet websites and unauthorized storefronts on online marketplaces. 

BioSteel reserves the right to verify purchase and return information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny product return requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if customer has abused the return policy. Returns are also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.
