BioSteel Costco Variety Pack Contest – Terms and Conditions Contest Period: The BioSteel Costco Variety Pack Contest (“Contest”) begins on May 27, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 28, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”), unless terminated earlier at the sole discretion of BioSteel Sports Inc. (“Sponsor”) without prior notice. Eligibility: The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, or agents (and those with whom they are domiciled, whether related or not) of the Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. How to Enter: There are two ways to enter. (1) Purchase Entry: During the Contest Period, purchase one (1) case of the new BioSteel Variety Pack (containing Rainbow Twist, Blue Raspberry, and Black Cherry flavoured Sports Drinks) from any participating Costco location in Canada. Retain your original receipt and visit [Entry Form] to upload a clear and legible photo or scan of the receipt along with your email address. Each valid receipt submission corresponding to one (1) purchased case will count as one (1) Contest entry. Additional entries require additional qualifying purchases. Duplicate or manipulated receipts will result in disqualification at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. (2) No Purchase Necessary: To enter without making a purchase, handwrite your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a plain piece of paper and mail it to: BioSteel Sports Inc., Attn: BioSteel Costco Variety Pack Contest, 13455 Sylvestre Dr, Windsor, Ontario, Canada N8N 2L9. Limit one mail-in entry per envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Contest Period and received by July 28, 2025. Prize: There is one (1) grand prize available to be won, consisting of a one-year supply of BioSteel hydration products (approximate retail value: $1,500 CAD), to be awarded as product shipments or vouchers, at Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and must be accepted as awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize, in whole or in part, with one of equal or greater value. Winner Selection: A random draw will be conducted on July 28, 2025, from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received. Winner Notification: The selected entrant will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the draw. The selected entrant must respond within three (3) business days to confirm eligibility and accept the prize. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. The selected entrant may be required to complete and return a declaration of eligibility and a liability/publicity release prior to receiving the prize. General Conditions: Any attempt to tamper with or manipulate the entry process, including duplicate or fraudulent receipt submissions, may result in disqualification. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this Contest at any time, including terminating the Contest early at its sole discretion and without notice. The Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, lost communications, or late/misdirected entries. Sponsor may disqualify any entry not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws. Limitation of Liability and Release: By entering the Contest, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) technical issues, lost or delayed submissions; (b) incorrect or inaccurate entry information; or (c) any injury or damage to persons or property that may be related to participation in this Contest. In no event will the Sponsor be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Privacy: By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the administration of the Contest. If explicit consent is provided at the time of entry, participants may also receive marketing communications from the Sponsor, in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Governing Law: The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
