The subscription program is available to customers in both Canada and the United States and applies to select products listed on our website. Product eligibility for subscription may vary and is subject to change. A discount is automatically applied to all active subscription orders. Discount codes cannot be used on subscription purchases, as discounted pricing is already included.

Can I use a discount code on a subscription?
No. Discount codes are not valid on subscription purchases, as the 25% off is already applied.
Yes, you can add a “One Time” product through the manage subscription process.
Only select products are available for subscription. Eligibility may change based on product availability or promotions. Subscription availability is shown on the product page.
Yes! Subscribers receive 25% off each order of eligible products. No additional discount codes can be applied to subscription orders.
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation steps. You must have an activated BioSteel.com/BioSteel.ca account to have full access to your subscription. Once the BioSteel account is activated you can visit My Account > Manage Subscription.

If a payment fails, the system will retry. If it continues to fail, your subscription may be paused until payment is resolved. You'll be notified via email.
