Our BioSteel Protein Yogurt Bowl is an easy go-to breakfast that will help jumpstart your morning and keep you full all day long. Yogurt bowls are full of protein, probiotics, antioxidants, and can be made into so many delicious variations that you will never get bored of them. Feel free to replace any of the below fruits/toppings with your faves!


• 1/4 cup Strawberries (sliced)
• 1/4 cup Blueberries
• 1 tbsp Almond Butter (optional)
• 1 tbsp Hemp or Pumpkin Seeds
• 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt (or full fat Greek Yogurt)
• 1/4 cup Slivered Almonds
• 1/4 cup BioSteel Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate or Plant-Based Protein


1. Wash and cut berries, and place aside
2. Place yogurt in a bowl
3. Mix in protein powder
4. Sprinkle berries, hemp seeds, and slivered almonds on top of the yogurt
5. Top with Almond Butter
6. Enjoy!
