Do I need to make a purchase to receive the gift?
Yes. Add your selected gift and at least one other product to your cart. The other product(s) must total at least $1 CAD after discounts, before taxes and shipping. The gift does not count toward this minimum. Standard shipping charges apply.
Why is my selected gift still showing a price?
The gift becomes free through the promotional discount code once your cart meets the purchase requirements. Until you add another qualifying product and the code is applied, the gift may display its regular price. Confirm that the gift is discounted to $0 before completing checkout.
Are the free gifts short-dated?
Yes. These products have a limited remaining shelf life. Dates vary by product and batch, so check the date and storage instructions on the packaging when your gift arrives.
What do existing customers receive?
Existing customers who complete the form receive 34 BioSteel Rewards points, equal to $2 in reward value, credited to the Rewards account associated with their submitted email address. Points follow the program’s standard redemption terms and are not an automatic $2 discount on your order.
Can I claim this offer more than once?
No. Each customer can claim this promotion once, either as a new customer receiving a free gift or an existing customer receiving reward points. Submitting the form again does not provide another reward.
Can I combine this offer with another discount or use it on a subscription?
The free gift offer applies to one-time purchases only. It cannot be combined with other discount codes, coupons, promotions, or referral codes unless expressly permitted.
