These Terms and Conditions govern all promotional offers, discounts, and sales on BioSteel.com & BioSteel.ca. By participating in any sale or promotion, you agree to these terms as well as BioSteel’s general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Please read carefully to avoid misunderstanding.

1. Promotional Offers and Discounts

Promotions and discounts offered are subject to these terms:

  • Promotional offers are available only for a limited time or while supplies last.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or referral codes unless explicitly stated.
  • Promotional discounts do not apply to subscription-based purchases unless otherwise noted.
  • Sale prices apply only to qualifying purchases made during the promotional period.
  • Discounts and offers are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  • All information presented in promotional campaigns is provided “as is” and may contain typographical or pricing errors. BioSteel reserves the right to make corrections at any time without prior notice.
  • No price adjustments will be made for purchases placed prior to or after a promotional period.
2. Use of the Term 'Sitewide' and Exclusions

Occasionally, BioSteel.com & BioSteel.ca may advertise sitewide promotions. Please note:

  • The term “sitewide” means the discount is applied to a majority of available products. However, some exclusions may apply.
  • Definition of "Some Exclusions May Apply": Specific products may be excluded from promotions due to:
    • Legal, pricing, or contractual obligations with third-party suppliers.
    • Products already heavily discounted or on clearance.
    • Seasonal, limited-edition, short shelf life, or special collaboration products.
    • Subscription or auto-renewal orders.
    • The sole discretion of BioSteel.
  • Excluded items may not be listed on the promotion page or disclosed during checkout.
3. Order Modifications and Cancellations

BioSteel reserves the right to cancel or modify orders if:

  • A product is no longer available or out of stock.
  • There are errors in pricing or promotional information.
  • Customers will be notified of any changes or cancellations.
  • Orders placed during promotional periods cannot be changed after submission. Please confirm your order details before completing checkout.
4. Returns and Refunds on Promotional Purchases

Items purchased during a sale or promotion are subject to our Return Policy:

  • Refunds on discounted items will reflect the sale price, not the original retail price.
  • Free items from "Buy One, Get One Free" promotions cannot be returned separately for a refund.
  • Free gift items from promotions cannot be returned separately for a refund.
  • short shelf life products purchased during a promotion are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
5. Changes to Promotions
  • BioSteel reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Not all discount codes, coupons, or offers are compatible with each sale. BioSteel will determine compatibility at its sole discretion.
6.  The BioSteel Summer Savings Sale is subject to the following terms:

          • The BioSteel Summer Savings Sale (the "Canada Day Sale" or “4th Of July Sale”) is offered by BioSteel.
          • All prices are in the local currency of the customer's region. Some exclusions apply.
          • BioSteel reserves the right to modify, cancel, or extend the Sale at any time without notice.
        • Offer Structure
          • 30% off is applied automatically at checkout. Some exclusions apply.
          • 50% off select merch, select Sports Drinks, and select Coolers.
          • 70% off select short-dated items, select apparel, and clearance items. Limited supply only.
          • A free Mystery Gift included with all orders while supplies last. Mystery Gift contents may include a Team Bottle, hydration 7 Packs, or select Apparel. Gift contents are selected at random and are subject to availability. Mystery Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
          • 3× Rivo rewards points earned on all orders placed during the Sale period.
        • Exclusions
          • The following products are excluded from all discount mechanics and do not qualify for Sale pricing: Gift cards, other select items at the discretion of BioSteel.
          • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers unless explicitly stated.
        • Pricing Changes on Discounted Items
          • Items discounted beyond 30% off are subject to price changes at any time during the Sale period.
          • Prices on these items may increase or decrease without notice.
          • Previously displayed Sale prices on items discounted beyond 30% off will not be honoured once a price change has taken effect.
          • BioSteel reserves the right to adjust Sale pricing on any item at its sole discretion throughout the duration of the Sale.
        • Early Access Program
          • Customers MUST be logged-in to their BioSteel account to access the early access sale.
          • The Early Access program is available to eligible BioSteel members only.
          • Loyalty members who register for Early Access will receive 85 Rivo rewards points credited to their account upon sign-up. These points do not expire.
          • When Early Access begins, registered participants will receive an additional 85 Rivo rewards points. These points expire when the Sale ends.
          • Early Access rewards are available to eligible logged-in customers only.
          • Rewards points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
        • Rewards Points
          • 3× Rivo points apply to all qualifying orders placed during the Sale period.
          • Points are subject to Rivo program terms and conditions.
          • BioSteel reserves the right to adjust or revoke points in cases of fraud, returns, or order cancellations.

        7. Rewards and Loyalty Points
        • Not all rewards or discount codes are compatible with promotional sales; exclusions may apply.
        • We do not offer price matching or refunds for orders placed before or after promotional events.

Messages may be sent using an automatic dialing system or other automated technology and are powered by Recharge, Inc. Messages may include transactional (e.g., order updates, account alerts) and promotional content (e.g., special offers, product launches, cart reminders). Your consent is not required to make a purchase. Participation is voluntary. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply; check with your carrier for details.
