2. Use of the Term 'Sitewide' and Exclusions

Occasionally, BioSteel.com & BioSteel.ca may advertise sitewide promotions. Please note:

  • The term “sitewide” means the discount is applied to a majority of available products. However, some exclusions may apply.
  • Definition of "Some Exclusions May Apply": Specific products may be excluded from promotions due to:
    • Legal, pricing, or contractual obligations with third-party suppliers.
    • Products already heavily discounted or on clearance.
    • Seasonal, limited-edition, short shelf life, or special collaboration products.
    • Subscription or auto-renewal orders.
    • The sole discretion of BioSteel.
  • Excluded items may not be listed on the promotion page or disclosed during checkout.
3. Order Modifications and Cancellations

BioSteel reserves the right to cancel or modify orders if:

  • A product is no longer available or out of stock.
  • There are errors in pricing or promotional information.
  • Customers will be notified of any changes or cancellations.
  • Orders placed during promotional periods cannot be changed after submission. Please confirm your order details before completing checkout.
4. Returns and Refunds on Promotional Purchases

Items purchased during a sale or promotion are subject to our Return Policy:

  • Refunds on discounted items will reflect the sale price, not the original retail price.
  • Free items from "Buy One, Get One Free" promotions cannot be returned separately for a refund.
  • Free gift items from promotions cannot be returned separately for a refund.
  • short shelf life products purchased during a promotion are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

  • BioSteel reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Not all discount codes, coupons, or offers are compatible with each sale. BioSteel will determine compatibility at its sole discretion.
6. Subscribe & Save Flash Sale - March 2026

The Subscribe & Save Flash Sale promotion is subject to the following terms: 

  • The offer is valid only during the promotional period and cannot be applied to previous purchases.
  • Discounts will be reflected in the cart and at checkout. If the discount does not appear, the item may be excluded from the promotion.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed and may be subject to change.
  • Shipping and returns for subscription orders follow BioSteel’s standard shipping and return policies.
  • By participating, customers agree to the collection and processing of personal data as outlined in BioSteel’s Privacy Policy.
  • Refunds for items purchased under this promotion will reflect the discounted subscription price, not the original full price.

  • The promotion offers 35% off subscription orders on eligible products when customers subscribe during the promotional period.

  • No promotional code is required; the discount will be automatically applied at checkout to all eligible subscription items.

  • The 35% discount is locked in for one full year from the date the subscription is activated.

  • Exclusions apply, including but not limited to:

    • Gift Cards

    • Limited-edition or special collaboration products

    • Products excluded at the sole discretion of BioSteel

    • One-time purchases (discount applies to subscription orders only)

  • All subscriptions purchased under this promotion are governed by BioSteel’s Subscribe & Save Terms & Conditions, including:

    • Pricing, billing frequency, and payment methods follow BioSteel’s standard subscription program rules.

    • Customers may manage, modify, skip, or cancel their subscription in accordance with BioSteel’s subscription policy.

    • Subscription discounts cannot be combined with other promotional codes, discount codes, or bundle offers redemptions unless explicitly stated.

7. Rewards and Loyalty Points
  • Not all rewards or discount codes are compatible with promotional sales; exclusions may apply.
  • We do not offer price matching or refunds for orders placed before or after promotional events.
