What information do I need to track my order?
To track your order, you’ll need:

Why isn’t my tracking info showing up yet?
Tracking info typically becomes available within 24–48 hours after your order ships. If you’ve just received your shipping confirmation, please allow a little time for the carrier to update their system. If it’s been longer, feel free to reach out to BioSteel customer support.
Can I track multiple BioSteel orders at once?
Yes! If you’ve placed multiple orders, each one will have its own unique tracking link. You can track them individually by using the links in your shipping confirmation emails, or by entering each order number and email on the tracking page.
What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?
If your Parcel Panel tracking shows your order is stuck, delayed, or marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact BioSteel Customer Support
right away. We’ll help investigate with the shipping carrier and make things right.
