BioSteel "GAME-ON Contest" Terms and Conditions (Canadian Residents)

1. Eligibility
   The "GAME-ON Contest" ("Contest") is open to individuals who are legal residents of Canada, excluding residents of Quebec, and who are at least 13 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of BioSteel Sports Inc. ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as immediate family members or those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period
   The Contest begins on September 9, 2024, and ends on November 5, 2024, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET). The Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the Contest period at its sole discretion.

3. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must complete and submit the entry form available at https://biosteel.ca/pages/biosteels-game-on-contest-form. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will result in disqualification.

4. Prizes
   One (1) winner from Canada will be selected to receive reimbursement for the registration fees associated with one (1) sport of their choice. If the registration fees have already been paid, the winner will be reimbursed upon submission of proof of payment.

5. Proof of Registration
   Winners who have not yet paid their sports registration fees must provide documentation confirming the required payment for an upcoming sports program. Winners who have already paid must present proof of enrollment in a current or upcoming sports program. Payments made prior to September 2024 for sports programs that have already ended are not eligible for reimbursement.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
   The winner will be chosen through a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest period. The selected winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry. If the winner does not respond within four (4) business days, an alternate winner will be selected at random. BioSteel reserves the right to delay the announcement of the winner at its discretion.

7. General Conditions
   This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations. It is void where prohibited by law. BioSteel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time, for any reason.

8. Privacy
   By entering this Contest, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by BioSteel for the purposes of administering the Contest and for future promotional communications, in accordance with BioSteel's Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability
   By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless BioSteel Sports Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage incurred with respect to participation in the Contest or the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize.

10. Disputes
    Any disputes arising out of or related to this Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Parental Consent for Minors
    Entrants under the age of 18 must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to enter this Contest.

12. Consent to Terms
    By selecting "Agree," you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
