Is BioSteel Teams really free?
Yes. BioSteel Teams is free to download and use. Teams receive access to scheduling, communication, roster management, attendance, streaming and scorekeeping without a subscription fee.
Does every team automatically receive a sponsorship kit?
No. Sponsorship is subject to roster requirements, eligibility, availability, review and approval. Creating a team does not guarantee that a sponsorship kit will be issued.
What does my team need to do to become eligible?
Teams must create a complete team profile, invite their full roster and actively use BioSteel Teams to manage team activity, including events, games, practices, scheduling and attendance. Meeting these requirements allows the team creator to submit a sponsorship request but does not guarantee approval.
What can an eligible team receive?
Depending on team size, eligibility and availability, a team may receive up to 20 BioSteel bottles, three BioSteel towels and 100 single-serve Hydration Mix packets.
Who should create the team?
The team should generally be created by a coach, team manager, club administrator or another adult responsible for managing the roster.
Does the entire team need to join?
The team must invite its full roster and meet the applicable membership requirements before submitting a sponsorship-kit request.
Can a team receive more than one sponsorship kit?
Teams that have previously received a BioSteel Team Sponsorship Kit may not qualify for another kit.
Can parents and players use the app?
Yes. BioSteel Teams is designed for coaches, team managers, parents and players. Different team channels help keep communication organized.
Is BioSteel Teams available on both Apple and Android devices?
Yes. The app is available through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
