BioSteel OUA Ambassador Program Terms and Conditions

Program Overview

Discover the relationship dynamics between BioSteel Canada and our OUA ambassadors, who promote our products through engaging social media content.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Student Status: Must be an enrolled student-athlete at an Ontario University Athletics member institution.
  • Under 18: Accounts of minors must be managed by a guardian. Confirmation required via ambassadors@biosteel.com.
  • Active Social Presence: Required maintenance of active social media accounts.

Registration and Selection

  • Selection Discretion: BioSteel exclusively approves or rejects applicants based on application merit, creativity, and alignment with brand values.
  • Incentives: Unique 20% discount codes and referral links are provided, with a commission structure rewarding effective promotions.
  • Deadline: Each applicant must submit their application & video submission by January 18th, 2025 at 11:59PM EST

Commissions and Payments

  • Earnings: Earn 20% commission on sales via your personal discount code or referral link.
  • Payment Methodology: Commissions are paid post a standard 30-day hold to ensure valid transactions.

Content Guidelines

  • Posting Requirements: Ambassadors are expected to post a minimum of eight times over two months.
  • Content Diversity: Posts should include a mix of product promotions and personal brand alignments.
  • Branding Consistency: Use designated BioSteel hashtags and tag official accounts to maintain brand synergy.

Ambassador Privileges

  • Welcome Kit: Receive a BioSteel product package upon selection.
  • Performance Rewards: Additional incentives based on engagement and promotional effectiveness.

Content Ownership

  • Usage Rights: Submission of your content grants BioSteel the authority to republish on various marketing channels.

Professional Conduct

  • Ethical Standards: Ambassadors must uphold professionalism, positively reflecting the BioSteel brand and adhering to OUA standards.
  • Behavioral Expectations: Any inappropriate actions may trigger immediate program dismissal.

Privacy and Data Usage

  • Commitment to Privacy: Your information is strictly used for application processing and program communication.
  • Engagement Agreement: Participation implies consent to receive program-related communications from BioSteel.

Program Monitoring and Accountability

  • Oversight: BioSteel reserves the right to monitor ambassador activities and enforce content standards.
  • Compliance: Failure to meet expectations may result in warnings or program termination.
