The “BioSteel x PGA TOUR Americas – Ocean’s 4 Tour Championship Sweepstakes” (the “Contest”) is sponsored and administered by BioSteel Sports Inc. (“BioSteel”, “Sponsor”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), located at 13455 Sylvestre Dr, Windsor, Ontario, Canada N9K0C2. BioSteel is the Official Sports Drink of PGA TOUR Americas. This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by PGA TOUR, PGA TOUR Americas, Oceans 4, Scotiabank, Bahia Principe, or any other third parties, nor are they associated with this Contest in any way. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry (excluding Quebec). Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of BioSteel, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling, child) and persons living in the same household are not eligible. BioSteel reserves the right to verify eligibility.

Contest Period: The Contest begins on January 29, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST and ends on September 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST (the “Contest Period”). All entries must be received during the Contest Period.

How to Enter: No purchase necessary. To enter online, complete and submit the official entry form available on the Contest landing page with the required information. To enter by mail, hand-print your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, complete mailing address, and province of residence on a piece of paper and mail it in a sealed envelope to: BioSteel Sweepstakes, 13455 Sylvestre Dr, Windsor, Ontario, Canada N9K0C2. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Contest Period and received no later than five (5) business days after the Contest Period ends. Limit of one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry. Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries will result in disqualification.

Prize: There is one (1) prize available to be won. The prize consists of a trip for two (2) people to attend the 2026 PGA Oceans 4 Tour Championship presented by Scotiabank in the Dominican Republic (October 15–18, 2026). Prize includes round-trip economy-class flights from the winner’s nearest major airport, four (4) nights all-inclusive accommodations at a luxury resort selected by Sponsor, airport transfers between the Dominican Republic airport and hotel, and event tickets. All other expenses—including but not limited to meals outside the all-inclusive offering, travel insurance, passports, visas, ground transportation not specified, incidentals, personal expenses, and additional activities—are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner and guest must travel on dates specified by Sponsor. If the winner is unable to travel on the specified dates, the prize will be forfeited. Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and no substitutions are permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Travel Requirements: Winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documentation. Travel is subject to airline, resort, and event provider terms and conditions. BioSteel is not responsible for cancellations, delays, government travel advisories, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond its control. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if the event is postponed, modified, or cancelled.

Winner Selection: A random draw will be conducted from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification & Requirements: The selected entrant will be contacted by email. To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must (i) respond within four (4) business days, (ii) correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, and (iii) sign and return any required Declaration of Compliance and Liability/Publicity Release. Failure to comply will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name, city, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Privacy: Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering the Contest in accordance with BioSteel’s Privacy Policy. Where consent is provided, entrants may receive marketing communications and may unsubscribe at any time.

Limitation of Liability: Entrants release BioSteel and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of the prize. BioSteel is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted entries, technical failures, or travel-related disruptions.

Right to Modify or Terminate: BioSteel reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Contest.

Governing Law: The Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
