These BioSteel Protein Carrot Bites are a no-hassle, healthy snack that are quick to make and packed with protein! These are perfect for you or your kids to bring along where ever you go and make sure you have a healthy snack on hand. Enjoy!

 

Ingredients:

1 cup Oats

1-2 scoops BioSteel Vanilla Whey Protein Isolate

½-¾ cup Whole Wheat Flour

1 Egg

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

2 Medium Carrots (to make ¾ cup of grated carrots)

¼ tsp Sea Salt

2 tbsp Coconut Oil

4 Medjool Dates

¼ cup Sugar Free Maple Syrup

 

Directions:

Combine all your ingredients together and let the dough chill.

Roll the mixture into balls onto baking sheets and bake for 12-15 minutes at 350F.
