This is a great protein packed shake to make as a mid-morning snack, pre-workout fuel, or simply as a breakfast alternative. These kind of shakes only take 5 minutes to whip up, and very few ingredients. This is also a great greens smoothie for those who don’t like spinach. Thanks to the addition of pineapple and honey, you won’t even taste the bitterness of the green—but you’ll still reap all of its health benefits.  The addition of chia seeds and hemp hearts provides satiating fibre, so be sure to keep those in the mix if you’re looking to sip as much protein as possible.

– 1 Scoop of BioSteel’s Plant Based Chocolate Protein
– 1 Scoop of Quick Oats
– Handful of Spinach
– Handful of Strawberries
– Handful of pineapple
– Water or your choice of milk
– 1 teaspoon of Honey
– Handful of Hemp Hearts
– Handful of Chia Seeds

Blend all ingredients together!
