1. Overview
The Buy More Save More program ("Program") is a tiered discount promotion offered by BioSteel ("we," "us," or "our") that rewards customers with automatic savings when they purchase multiple eligible products in a single order. By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
The Program is open to customers purchasing through biosteel.com or biosteel.ca who are residents of applicable shipping regions. Wholesale, distributor, team, and bulk-pricing accounts are not eligible to participate.
3. Discount Tiers
Discounts are calculated based on the total number of eligible products in a single order:
- Buy 2 eligible products — save 15%
- Buy 3 or 4 eligible products — save 20%
- Buy 5 or more eligible products — save 25%
The maximum discount available under the Program is 25% off the price of eligible products.
4. Eligible & Excluded Products
Most BioSteel products qualify for the Program. Eligible products are identified by the "Buy More Save More" option on their product page. The following are excluded from the Program: gift cards, sale or clearance items, and any other products designated as ineligible at our discretion. We reserve the right to add or remove products from the eligibility list at any time without notice.
5. How the Discount Is Applied
The applicable discount is applied automatically to the subtotal of eligible products in your cart at checkout. No promotional code is required. The discount applies only to the price of eligible products and does not apply to taxes, shipping fees, duties, or any other charges.
For the purposes of tier qualification, each individual unit in your cart counts as one product. Different flavours, sizes, or variants of the same product are each counted separately.
6. Combinability with Other Offers
The Program cannot be combined with other promotional codes, site-wide sales, or limited-time offers. Subscribe & Save subscription discounts cannot be stacked on top of the Buy More Save More discount.
7. Program Duration
The Program is ongoing and has no scheduled end date, except that the Program may be temporarily suspended or modified during select sales or promotional events at our sole discretion.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Order Adjustments
If you return one or more items from an order that received a Program discount, your refund will be recalculated based on the discount tier applicable to the items you keep. For example, if you purchased 3 eligible products at 20% off and return 1, the remaining 2 products will be re-priced at the 15% tier, and the difference will be deducted from your refund.
If a return brings the qualifying item count below 2, the Program discount no longer applies, and the remaining items will be re-priced at their regular price.
9. Pricing and Availability
All prices are subject to change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed and is subject to inventory at the time of order processing.
10. Modification or Termination of the Program
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, and to change these Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior notice and at our sole discretion. Any changes will take effect when posted to biosteel.com. Continued participation in the Program following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Errors, Fraud, and Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or adjust any order where we suspect fraud, abuse of the Program, pricing or system errors, or any violation of these Terms. This includes, without limitation, orders placed with the intent to resell. In the event of a pricing or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BioSteel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Program shall be resolved in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
