- 1 Banana
- 1/4 cup of BioSteel's Whey Protein Isolate
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 cups Oats
- 1/2 cup Oat Flour
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil (melted)
- 1 1/2 cups Frozen Berries (thawed)
- Mix all wet and dry ingredients into a bowl, and mash well.
- Bake in a muffin tin for 20 minutes on 350F.
- Let cool, then enjoy!
