This is a must-try protein-packed recipe to help get your day started strong, or keep these on hand when you have a busy day to make sure your snacking the healthy way! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana
  • 1/4 cup of BioSteel's Whey Protein Isolate
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 cups Oats
  • 1/2 cup Oat Flour
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 1/2 cups Frozen Berries (thawed)

Directions: 

  1. Mix all wet and dry ingredients into a bowl, and mash well. 
  2. Bake in a muffin tin for 20 minutes on 350F. 
  3. Let cool, then enjoy!
