BioSteel Teams Is Growing Beyond the Team

BioSteel Teams Is Growing Beyond the Team

Run the team. Follow the game. Share what happens next.

BioSteel Teams started with a simple goal: make running a team easier.

Schedules. Rosters. Communication. Attendance. Scoring. Livestreaming. The everyday tools coaches, players and families need to stay organized and connected throughout a season.

Now, we’re building beyond that foundation.

More detailed game scoring—including a full baseball scoring experience—is bringing more of the action into the app. And with the launch of the BioSteel Sports Network, the connections made through BioSteel Teams can extend beyond a single roster.

Because sport is more than the final score.

Follow more of the game

A final score tells you who won.

It doesn’t tell you how they got there.

BioSteel Teams supports live scoring and play-by-play updates, helping families, teammates and fans follow the action even when they can’t be there in person.

We’ve continued refining those tools to make scoring clearer and more reliable, with baseball becoming a major part of that work.

Teams can score plays, at-bats and innings directly in the app, with built-in pitch counting and live game updates for anyone following from somewhere else.

Recent improvements have made inning status, game completion and pitch counts more accurate, while also refining how the scorecard handles runners and changes of inning.

For coaches and scorekeepers, that means more of the detail they need.

For everyone following along, it means a better way to experience the game as it happens.

Introducing the BioSteel Sports Network

The game ends. The work doesn’t.

There are highlights to share. Practices to put in. Milestones worth celebrating. And a bigger sports community that wants to follow along.

The BioSteel Sports Network brings those moments together.

Athlete and team timelines give players and teams a place to share their activity throughout the season. Video reels make room for game highlights, training clips and the moments athletes want to remember.

People can also discover athletes and teams outside their own circle and follow what they’re doing throughout the season.

That makes BioSteel Teams useful beyond the person building the schedule.

Players can share their progress. Coaches can show the work their teams are putting in. Families and fans can stay connected to the action—even when they can’t be there.

It’s a bigger home for the people, work and moments that make sport what it is.

Connecting hockey profiles with Elite Prospects

For hockey players, we’ve also added a connection with Elite Prospects.

Players can link their Elite Prospects profile with BioSteel Teams, bringing established hockey profile information into their experience in the app.

It’s another way for players to connect their on-ice history with the updates and highlights they share through the BioSteel Sports Network—all in one place.

One app. More of the sporting experience.

The tools that help teams operate are still at the heart of BioSteel Teams.

Scheduling. Attendance. Communication. Livestreaming. Scoring.

But the experience around a team is bigger than logistics.

It’s the play-by-play of a close game. The highlight worth watching again. The progress an athlete wants to share. The family member following from somewhere else.

The latest BioSteel Teams features bring more of those experiences together in one place.

We’ve been putting serious work into the app, and we’ll keep improving it as more teams use it.

BioSteel Teams is free to download, and the BioSteel Sports Network is our latest step toward connecting more of the people who make sport what it is.

Your team. Your game. Your moments. All in one place.
