These Terms and Conditions govern all promotional offers, discounts, incentives, gifts, and contests available during the Black Friday Cyber Monday Sale (referred to as “The Sale”) on BioSteel.ca and BioSteel.com. By participating in any Black Friday Cyber Monday promotion, you agree to these terms as well as BioSteel’s general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Please read carefully to avoid misunderstanding.

1. Promotional Offers and Discounts

All promotions and discounts available during The Sale are subject to the following conditions:

  • The Sale promotional offers are available only during the promotional period or while supplies last.
  • Pricing may vary by region and by website. Discounts are applied based on regional pricing.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, referral codes, loyalty rewards, or third-party offers unless explicitly stated.
  • Promotional discounts do not apply to subscription-based purchases unless otherwise noted.
  • Sale pricing applies only to qualifying purchases completed within The Sale timeframe.
  • All discounts are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Promotional information may contain typographical or pricing errors. BioSteel reserves the right to correct errors at any time without prior notice.
  • No price adjustments will be made for orders placed before or after the promotional period.
2. Use of the Phrase “Up to 70% Off” and Exclusions

Throughout The Sale promotional period, BioSteel.com & BioSteel.ca may advertise discounts using the phrase “Up to 70% Off.” Please note:

  • The phrase “Up to 70% Off” indicates that select products may reach discounts as high as 70%, while other products will reflect lower discount amounts.
  • “Up to 70% off” includes the combined discount structure (base offer + additional markdowns)
  • Discount levels vary by product category and inventory availability.
  • Additional discounts (like the extra 5–40%) are not guaranteed on all items
  • Exclusions may apply, including but not limited to:
    • Products restricted due to legal, pricing, or contractual obligations
    • Items already heavily discounted, promotional bundles, or clearance products
    • Short shelf life products, seasonal, limited-edition, or specialty products
    • Subscription or auto-renewal orders (unless otherwise specified)
    • Any products excluded at the sole discretion of BioSteel
  • Not all products will reach the maximum advertised discount.
  • Excluded items may not be listed on promotional pages or during checkout.
3. Order Modifications and Cancellations

BioSteel reserves the right to cancel or modify orders if:

  • Products are unavailable, sold out, or discontinued
  • Pricing, discount, or promotional information contains errors
  • Customers will be notified of any changes or cancellations.
  • Orders placed during The Sale promotional period cannot be altered after submission. Please confirm order details before checkout.
4. Returns and Refunds on Promotional Purchases

Items purchased during The Sale are subject to BioSteel’s standard Return Policy:

  • Refund amounts reflect the discounted sale price, not the original price.
  • Free gifts included in promotions (e.g., Mystery Gift, Electric Mixer) cannot be returned separately for a refund.
  • Short-dated products purchased during The Sale are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded (unless received damaged).
5. Changes to Promotions
  • BioSteel may modify, extend, or end any promotional offer at any time without notice.
  • Not all discount codes, coupons, or loyalty rewards are compatible with The Sale promotions.
  • BioSteel reserves the right to determine compatibility at its sole discretion.
6. Black Friday Cyber Monday Sale Incentives

During the The Sale, the following promotional incentives apply:

A. “Win Your Order Refunded” Promotion
  • Every customer placing an order during The Sale will be automatically entered for a chance to win a full refund of their order.
  • BioSteel will select 2 winners.
  • Refund applies only to the value of the order placed during the promotional period; shipping costs, duties, etc, are excluded.
  • Open to legal residents of Canada and the United States (excluding Quebec), who are 18 years of age or older.
  • Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of BioSteel and its affiliates are not eligible.
  • Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.
  • Winners will be notified via email.
  • Winners must respond within 7 days to claim the prize.
  • If the winner does not respond within the required time, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.
  • By participating, entrants release BioSteel from all liability related to participation and prize fulfillment.
  • Maximum refund value is $350 CAD for purchases on BioSteel.ca.
  • Refunds cannot be exchanged for cash or different promotions.
  • BioSteel reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion in the event of technical issues, fraud, or any other circumstances that compromise its integrity.
  • Void where prohibited by law.
B. Free Gifts
  • Mystery Gift (flavours may vary) included with every order over $1, while supplies last.
  • Free Electric Mixer with purchases of $150+ (before taxes and after discounts), while supplies last.
  • Free gifts are available while supplies last and cannot be substituted, exchanged, or refunded.
C. Giveaway Contest – iPhone 17 Pro
  • All customers who place an order during The Sale period will be entered for a chance to win an iPhone 17 Pro.
  • No purchase necessary to enter. To enter without making a purchase, handwrite your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a plain piece of paper and mail it to: BioSteel Sports Inc., Attn: BioSteel Black Friday Cyber Monday iPhone 17 Pro Contest, 13455 Sylvestre Dr, Windsor, Ontario, Canada N8N 2L9. Limit one mail-in entry per envelope. Mail-in entries must be received by December 8th, 2025.
  • To enter you must be 18 years or older.
  • The contest is open to residents of Canada and The United States, excluding Quebec and is void where prohibited by law.
  • Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of BioSteel (the "Sponsor"), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible.
  • The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
  • No purchase limit; each order counts as one entry.
  • 1 Winner receives: iPhone 17 Pro (256GB).
  • Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  • Prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution allowed (unless sponsor decides otherwise).
  • When The Sale period has ended, the winner will be contacted via email.
  • Winner chosen via random draw.
  • The winner will be notified within 7 days of selection and must respond to claim the prize within 7 days. Failure to respond, verify, or meet requirements may result in replacement with an alternate winner.
  • By entering, participants grant BioSteel rights to use their: Name, image, likeness, entry content, and statements
  • For advertising and promotional use worldwide, without additional compensation
    Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if technical or fraudulent issues occur.
  • Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with entry processes or violates rules.
  • Attempts to damage the website or undermine the giveaway may result in legal action.
  • Entry must be original and cannot infringe on third-party rights.
  • Entrants agree to release BioSteel from any claims related to:
    • Participation in the giveaway
    • Use or misuse of the prize
    • Technical errors, lost mail, human error, or unauthorized interference
  • Governed by Canadian law. All disputes handled individually in Canadian courts. No class actions allowed. Entrants waive rights to punitive or consequential damages.

D. Additional Discounted Products

In addition to the flat 30% base offer:

  • Select Short shelf life products, overstock, and bundle products will receive additional discounts, ranging from an extra 5% to 40% off.
  • Additional discounts apply only to products designated in The Sale collections.
  • These offers are available while supplies last and may change without notice.
E. Subscription Discounts
  • During the full Sale period, eligible subscription products will be 35% off.
  • Customers have the option to subscribe to select products to lock in 35% off.
  • Subscription exclusions may apply and will be determined by BioSteel.

7. Rewards and Loyalty Points
  • During The Sale period BioSteel is offering 3x points on all orders.
  • Some loyalty rewards, discount codes, and point redemptions are not compatible with The Sale promotions.
  • BioSteel does not offer price matching or adjustments for orders placed before or after promotional events.
8. Shipping Delays
  • Due to increased demand during The Sale period, shipping delays may occur.
  • For orders placed in the United States, extended shipping delays may occur.
9. Customer Support and Complaints
  • BioSteel is not responsible for technical issues, website errors, payment failures, outages, or delays.
